Mrs. Daisy Yow, a principal consultant at MBYengineering & Associates.  Daisy has lived and worked in New York City, San Diego and overseas, her formal education includes a BA degree in Interior Design.  Her academic background is combined with 10 years of related experience in real estate, design architecture, tenant improvement construction management, MNC relocations, and move management. Experienced in operations of mixed-use projects, office, retail and financial industries.

 

 

  • Expertise in team leadership and executive level, client relations. 

  • Experienced in all aspects of interior design, planning,  and       construction

Matthew Yow

Mr. Matthew  Yow, is a principal and one of the seasoned consultants at MBYengineering & Associates.  Matthew has lived and studied overseas, his formal education includes a BSc degree in Real Estate.  BOMI- SMA  Systems Maintenance Administrator in Plant Engineering and IFMA-CFM as a Certified Facility Manager.

His academic background is combined with 15 years of related experience in commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, development and construction. Experience in development and operations of mixed-use projects, office, high-tech manufacturing, financial, retail, pharmaceutical, medical and bio-technical industries.

  • Experienced in all aspects of the real estate lifecycle -strategy, development and operations.
  • Planning, architecture, construction with design, engineering and management emphasis.
